Auralis Medical was founded in 2008 by a biomedical engineer and a trauma surgeon who kept running into the same problem from opposite sides of the operating table: devices that were technically impressive but clinically tone-deaf. They started with a single question — what would this machine look like if the person who built it had to use it during a code?
Eighteen years later, that question still governs every design review. Our monitors, surgical platforms, and imaging systems are developed with clinicians embedded in the engineering team from day one, tested in simulated care environments before they ever reach a validation lab, and supported by a service network that treats a downed device as an emergency, not a ticket.
Today more than 120,000 Auralis devices operate across 40+ countries — in quaternary academic centers, rural clinics, and everywhere in between. We remain independently owned, deliberately focused, and stubborn about one thing: precision is not a feature. It is the product.
